Lifeseeds Nexus is a NAD+ system formulated as a daily protocol with seven active ingredients across four complementary functions. Each daily portion of 2 capsules provides 300 mg of nicotinamide riboside (NR, a direct NAD+ precursor), 100 mg of pterostilbene, 100 mg of luteolin, and 100 mg of grape seed extract (95% OPC), alongside methylated B-vitamins including folate as L-5-MTHF 400 µg (200% NRV), vitamin B6 as P5P 1,4 mg (100% NRV), and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin 2,5 µg (100% NRV). Folate contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism, normal psychological function, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal nervous system function, and the regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal red blood cell formation, and normal functioning of the nervous system. The methylated forms of the B-vitamins are the bioactive forms used by the body and are suitable also for individuals with MTHFR polymorphisms.
