Upgrit Focus combines acetyl-L-carnitine (750 mg per 3 capsules), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5, 450 mg), L-theanine (225 mg), and coenzyme Q10 as ubiquinone (75 mg). Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Pantothenic acid also contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D, and some neurotransmitters. L-theanine is an amino acid naturally found in green tea. Acetyl-L-carnitine is an acetylated form of the amino acid L-carnitine. Q10 is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism.
